Summary
Protect the pause-aware insight behaviour supplied by the merged reports change (#2038).
Two behavioural regression examples exercise the real insight context: missed-dose patterns count resumed occurrences rather than paused doses, and adherence streaks recognise taken morning doses when evening doses are paused.
No production change is needed: both detectors already consume the pause-aware report totals. Existing streak rules and unrelated detectors remain unchanged.
This completes the insight layer after reminders (#2036) and reports (#2038), both now merged.
